RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON
A PORTION OF JOHNSON AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby' resolves as
follows:
Section 1. Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portions of street in the City
of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested
area and the following limit for parking of motor
vehicles is hereby established for said portions of
said street.

Johnson Avenue On the Easterly side, from No Parking
the northerly curb line of Anytime
Brook lane to a point 52'+
northerly of said Brook Lane.
Johnson Avenue On the easterly side, from No Parking
the southerly curb line of Anytime
Brook lane to a point 52'+
Southerly of said Brook Lane.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as delineated above:
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular adjourned meeting .~e] d 0n
the 24th day of Au_qust , 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Kohler and Mayor Tucker
NOES: Councilmembers Anderson and Moni a
