RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF ASPESI DRIVE
AND METLER COURT AS A THREE-WAY STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The following intersection in the City of Saratoga
is hereby designated as a three-way stop
intersection.
Name of Street Description
Aspesi Drive All vehicles traveling north-westbound on
Aspesi Drive shall stop at Metlet Court
before proceeding onto Metlet Court or
continuing westbound on Aspesi Drive.
Metlet Court All vehicles traveling westbound on Metler
Court shall stop at Aspesi Drive before
proceeding onto Aspesi Drive.
Aspesi Drive All vehicles traveling eastbound on Aspesi
Drive shall stop at Metler Court before
proceeding onto Metler Court or. continuing
south-eastbound on Aspesi Drive.
The above stop signs shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the 2nd day of N0vember 1994, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Jacobs, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe and Mayor Burger
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None ~
