RESOLUTION PROHIBITING RIGNT TURN ON RED FOR SARATOGA AVENUE
AT ITS INTERSEC'TION WITH SARATOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The right turn on red, after stopping, shall be
prohibited on the following street:
Name Of Street DeScription
Saratoga Avenue All vehicles traveling southwest bound on
Saratoga Avenue, intending to turn right onto
northbound Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, shall stop
and remain stopped while facing a red traffic
light, and shall proceed to make right turn,
only when facing a green traffic light.
The above right turn on red prohibition shall become effective at
such time as the proper signs are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the 7th day of December , 1994, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers ~acobs, ~ran, Tucker, Wolfe and Mayor Burger
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
