RESOLUTION OF THE CtT~,.~ OF SAPSTOGA PRO~{IBIT!NG
PARKING OR STOPPI~]G AT A~.~f TI~% ALONG TttE NORTH
SIDE OF FARI~rELL AVENI~ BE~.,~EN EL PUENTE ~.TAV AND
250 FEET EAST,
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follovs:
SECTION 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets and/or
high~,mys in the City of Saratoga are hereby declared to be
congested areas, and the following time limits for parking
of motor vehicles is ~ereby established for said portion of
said streets and/or high~mys:
Along the ~orth side, between
E1 Puente t.~ay and 250 feet east, NO PA~KING
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
17th day of December, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Dwyer, Robbins, Smith, Sanders
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
