RESOLUTION PROHIBITING TURN MOVEMENTS FROM
QUITO ROAD AND SARATOGA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
motorists travelling northbound on Quito Road
in the City of Saratoga shall be prohibited from
turning left onto westbound Devon Avenue at all
times.
SECTION 2: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
motorists travelling north-east bound on Saratoga
Avenue, in the City of Saratoga shall be prohibited
from turning right onto eastbound McFarland Avenue
during the hours of 4:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday.
SECT!ON.3: The above turn movement prohibitions shall become
effective at such time as the proper signs are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the 6th day of ..pecember , 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe & Mayor Jacobs
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
