RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON PORTION8 OF FOURTH STREET
aND ON PASEO PRESADA
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets in the City
of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested
areas and the following limits for parking of motor
vehicles are hereby established for said portions of
said streets:
Name of Street DeSCription Parking Limit
Paseo Presada On the easterly side between No Parking
Cox Avenue on the South and Anytime
Bucknall Road on the North.
Fourth Street On the Northeasterly side No Stopping
between Big Basin Way and Anytime
250! feet Northwesterly of the
center line of Big Basin Way.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the 20th day o~ecember , 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe and Mayor Sacobs
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
