RESOLUTION REMOVING P~.D~-STRIAN CROSSWALK BETWEEN
INTERSECTIONS ON KOMXNa AVENUE AMD ZXTENDXNG THE NO STOPPING ZONE
ON IOMINA &V~N~E
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Section 2 of Resolution No. MV-161 (adopted November
7, 1985) is hereby rescinded and no longer in effect.
SECTION II: The following portion of Section 3 of said
Resolution No. MV-161 is hereby modified as follows:

Komina Avenue On the northeasterly side, "NO STOPPING"
extend one additional space 8:00AM - 3:00PM
to the southeast, and across Monday through
the crosswalk eliminated Friday
via Section I above.
The remainder of said Reolution No. MV-161 not in conflict with
this resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs, paint and pavement markings are removed or installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a ~egular meeting held on
the21st day of February , 1996 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe and Mayor aacobs
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
