RBS0LUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON PORTIONS OF
SARATOGA-LOS GATOS ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby Resolves as
follows:
~ Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets in the City of Saratoga
arehereby declared to be congested areas, and the following limits
for parking of motor vehicles are hereby established for said
portions of said streets (including those portions of unimproved
rights of ways, outside of the paved roadway portions):
Name of Street ~ Parking Limit
Saratoga-Los Gatos Rd. On the northeasterly No Parking
(State ROute 9) side between the two 9:00AM- 3:00 PM
Horseshoe Drives
Saratoga-Los Gatos Rd. On the northeasterly No Parking
(State Route 9) side between FaNell 9:00AM- 3:00PM
Avenue and Three Oaks
Way
This Section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the CitX of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
