RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON PORTIONS OF
TITUS AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby Resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets in the City of Saratoga
are hereby declared to be congested areas, and the following limits
for parking of motor vehicles are hereby established for said
portions of said streets (including those portions of unimproved
rights of ways, outside of the paved roadway portions):

Titus Avenue On the westerly side No Parking
from a point which is Anytime
685 = feet southerly
from Prospect Road to
a point which is 875 =
feet southerly of
Prospect Road.
This Section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as described above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on

AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Moran, Tucker and Wolfe
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Jacobs
ABSTAIN: None
