RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF BOHLMAN ROAD, OAK
STREET AND SIXTH STREET AS A THREE-WAY STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following intersection in the City of
Saratoga is hereby designated as a three-way
stop intersection:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Bohlman Road All vehicles traveling northbound on
Bohlman Road shall stop at Sixth Street
before proceeding onto Sixth Street or
continuing northbound onto Oak Street.
Oak Street All vehicles traveling southbound on
Oak Street shall stop at Sixth Street
before proceeding onto Sixth Street or
continuing southbound onto Bohlman Road.
Sixth Street All vehicles traveling eastbound on Sixth
Street shall stop at Bohlman Road/Oak
Street before proceeding onto either
Bohlman Road or Oak Street.
The above stop signs shall become effective at such time as
the proper signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on 6th day of November , 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe and Mayor Jacobs
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
