RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF ST. CHARLES STREET
AND OAK STREET AS A STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following intersection in the City of
Saratoga as a stop intersection:
~AME. QF.STREET DESCRIPTION
St. Charles Street All vehicles traveling eastbound on
St. Charles Street shall stop at Oak
Street before entering Oak Street.
The above stop sign shall become effective at such time as the
proper sign and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 6th day of .. November , 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe and Mayor Jacobs
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
