RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF BAINTER AVENUE AND
AUSTIN WAY AND LANCASTER ROAD AND AUSTIN WAY AS STOP INTERSECTIONS
AND PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF SHADOW MOUNTAIN DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga
are hereby designated as stop intersections.
Nam~....of Street Description
Bainter Avenue All vehicles traveling northbound on
Bainter Avenue shall stop at Austin Way
before proceeding onto Austin Way.
Lancaster Road All vehicles traveling northbounf on
Lancaster Road shall stop at Austin Way
before proceeding onto Austin Way.
This section shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs and/or markings are installed.
SECTION 2: Based upon an engineeri and traffic study, the
following designated p tion of street in the City
of Saratoga is here declared to be a congested
area and the follo ng limit for parking of motor
vehicles is here established for said portion of
said stree

Shadow Mountain Drive On the westerly side NO STOPPING
between Glasgow Drive 2:00PM to 3:30PM
and Miljevich Drive Monday- Friday

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 2nd day of July , 1997 by the following vote:
AYES: C0umci]members B0gosian, Jac0bs, Shaw, Wolfe, and Mayor Moran

ABSENT: None
