RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF BAYLOR AVENUE/GRIMSBY DRIVE AND
VILLANOVA ROADAS AN ALL-WAY STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: The following intersection in the City of Saratoga
is hereby designated as an all-way stop
intersection:
Name of Street Description
Baylor Avenue All vehicles traveling east-
bound on Baylor Avenue shall
stop before proceeding
northbound or southbound onto
Villanova Road or continuing
eastbound onto Grimsby Drive.
Villanova Road All vehicles traveling south-
bound on Villanova Road shall
stop before proceeding eastbound
onto Grimshy Drive or westbound
onto Baylot AVenue or continuing
southbound onto Villanova Road.
Northbound Villanova Road and westbound Grimshy Drive stops have
similarly been approved by the City of San Jose.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the
Saratoga City Council at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of
October, 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Bogosian and Shaw and Mayor Moran
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers ~acobs and Wol~
