RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA PROHIBITING
PARKING OR STOPPING AT ANY TIME ALONG THE NORTH-
EASTERLY SIDE OF FIFTH STREET FROM BIG BASIN WAY
TO THE END.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION 1: PARKING REGULATIONS
Section 1.1: NQ Parking
Based upon an engineering traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets and/or highways
in the City of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested
areas, and to facilitate-the proper movement of traffic,
the_2.gi~n_njL..of motor vehicles .~,s,.,~.o~,b~,,t~e~d on the portions
of the streets and highways hereinafter described:
Name of Street pescriptiq~
Fifth Street Along the Northeasterly
side, from Big Basin Way
to the end.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 18th day of March, 1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Robbins, Smith, Sanders
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Dwyer
