RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON A PORTION OF
DE SANKA AVENUE, GOLETA AVENUE, AND GOLETA COURT
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following designated
portions of De Sanka Avenue, Goleta Avenue, and Goleta Court in the City of
Saratoga shall restrict parking and stopping of vehicles:

4. On south side of road
beginning at the westerly
return of Goleta Court
continuing along the road
to a point 167 feet west.

10. On the east side of the road No Parking and No Stopping.

point of the Blue Hills
School parking lot continuing
to a point 75 feet north.
11. The easterly and westerly No Parking and No Stopping.
returns at the Knollwood
Drive intersection and
continuing along both sides
of the road to a point 75 feet
south.
12. On the west side of the road
Beginning at a point 75 feet
South of the westerly return at
Knollwood Drive continuing
Along the frontages of APN
386-45-037, 386-52-001,
386-52-002,386-52-003, and
386-52-004.
No Stopping 7:30 am to 8:30
am while school is in
session.
Void all previous MV
approved prior to July 1,
2003, regarding parking
and stopping restrictions.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or mazkings installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Sazatoga at a regulaz meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 2003, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Stan Bogosian, Kathleen King, Mayor Nick Streit
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Norman Kline, Vice Mayor Ann Waltonsmith
