RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING "YIELD" INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The intersection of Northampton Drive and Miller
Avenue in the City of Saratoga is hereby desig-
nated as a "yield" intersection.
All vehicles traveling on Northampton Drive shall yield to traffic on
Miller Avenue before entering or crossing the intersection thereof.
This Resolution shall become effective at such time as the "Yield"
signs are erected.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 7th
day of October, 1970, by the following vote:
