RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PORTION OF OAK STREET
TO ONE HOUR PARKING
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following designated portion of street
in the City of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a con-
gested area, and the following
of motor vehicles is hereby established for said portion
of said street.

Oak Street The northwesterly side of Oak ONE HOUR
Street from a point 50' south-
westerly of Highway 9 (Saratoga-
Los Gatos Road) to a point 138'
southwesterly of Highway 9.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 17th day of March, 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilm~ ~obbins, Smith, Dwyer, Sanders, Bridges
