All vehicles travelin~ in a Northerly direction on the hiFh,,,a~s listed in

~ith the highway l~sted opposite thereto in Column 1. This resolution
shall become. effective at s~ch t'ime: as'a stop s!0n Is erected at the
location on the highway lts'ted. ~n Ool~n 2 as indicated in Column 3.
