RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING
AT HAKONE GARDENS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions of
Vehicle Code Section 22519 of the State of California, re-
lating to the regulation of off-street parking on facilities owned or
operated by the City of Saratoga.
SECTION 2: No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle, nor cause
or permit any vehicle to remain stopped, standing, or park-
ed within the boundaries of the City of Saratoga park known as Hakone
Gardens, at any time between the posted hour of closing and the posted
hour of opening.
SECTION 3: The Director of Public Works shall cause appropriate signs
giving notice of the aforesaid parking restriction to be
erected within the aforesaid City Park as required by law.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 5th
day of May ...... , 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Smith, Dwyer, Sznders, Bridges
NOES None
