RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA PROHIBITING
PARKING OR STOPPING AT ANY TIME ALONG THE NORTH
WESTERLY SIDE OF BIG BASIN WAY FROM THE EXTENDED
NORTH~STERLY CURB LINE OF FOURTH STREET TO A
POINT 74 + FEET NORTHEASTERLY.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION 1: PARKING REGULATIONS
SECTION 1.1: No Parking
Based upon an engineering traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets and/or highways
in the City of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested
areas, and to facilitate the proper movement of traffic,
the.p_~i~of motor vehicles ~S P~.9~ibi~. on the portions
of the streets and highways hereinafter described:
Name of Street
Big Basin Way Along the northwesterly side,
from the extended northeasterly
curb line of Fourth Street to
a point 74 ± feet northeasterly.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 6th day of October, 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: councilmen Robbins, Smith, Bridges
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Dwyer
