RESOLUTION RESTRICTING HOURS OF PARKING OR
STOPPING ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF PROSPECT
ROAD FROM SARATOGA CREEK BRIDGE TO LAWRENCE
EXPRESSWAY
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following designated portions of streets and/or highways
in the City of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested
areas, and the following time limits for parking of motor
vehicles is hereby established for said portion of said streets
and/or highways.

Prospect Road Along the southerly side, NO PARKING
between Saratoga Creek between 8:00 a.m.
bridge and Lawrence Express- and 2:30 p.m.

Sundays, and Holidays
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 17th day of November, 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Kraus
