RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PASSING ZONE ON
ALLENDALE AVENUE BETWEEN QUITO ROAD AND
FRUITVALE AVENUE AND ON COX AVENUE BETWEEN
SARATOGA AVENUE AND SARATOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
that portion of Allendale Avenue between Quito
Road and Fruitvale Avenue has been determined to be unsafe for
passing and shall hereby be designated a.s a no passing zone.
This resolution shall be come effective at such time as the pro-
per striping is; put .down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meet-
ing held on the 17th day of November, 1971, by the following
vote:
AYES: councilmen Robbins, Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Kraus
NOES: None
