RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING
STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby re-
solves as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following intersections of highways in the City
of Saratoga are hereby designated as stop intersections.
MONTPERE WAY AND ALLENDALE AVENUE
All vehicles traveling on Montpere Way shall stop be-
fore entering the intersection thereof with Allendale Ave.
BROCKTON LANE AND MILLER AVENUE
All vehicles traveling on Brockton Lane shall stop
before entering or crossing the intersection thereof with
Miller Avenue.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as
the stop signs are erected.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 1st day of December, 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: councilmen Robbins, Smith, Kraus
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Dwyer, Br~idges ~ ~ 1~
