RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PASSING ZONE
ON COX AVENUE BETWEEN SARATOGA AVENUE
AND SARATOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby re-
solves as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
that portion of Cox Avenue between Saratoga
Avenue and Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road has been determined to be
unsafe for passing and shall hereby be designated as a no pass-
ing zone. This Resolution shall become effective at such time
as the proper striping is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meet-
ing held on the 1st day of December, 1971, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Smith, Kraus
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Dwyer, Bridges ~~ ~
