RESOLTUION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA PROHI-
BITING PARKING OR STOPPING AT ANY TIME
ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY SIDE OF SARATOGA-
LOS GATOS ROAD FROM THE EXTENDED SOUTH-
EASTERLY CURB LINE OF OAK STREET TO A
POINT ~ FEET SOUTHEASTERLY.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: PARKING REGULATIONS
SECTION 1.1: NO PARKING
Based upon an engineering traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets and/or highways in the City
of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas, and
to facilitate the proper movement of traffic, th~_parkin~

streets and highways hereinafter described:
Name of Street
Saratoga-Los Gatos Rd. Along the southwesterly side,
from the extended southeasterly
curb line of Oak Street to a
point 214!feet southeasterly,
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 15th day of December, 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: councilmen Robbins, Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Kraus
NOES: None
None
ABSENT:
MAYOR
