RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING "YIELD" INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The intersection of Miljevich Drive and
Kilbride Drive in the City of Saratoga is
hereby designated as a "yield" intersection.
All vehicles traveling on Miljevich Drive shall yield to traffic
on Kilbride Drive before entering or crossing the intersection
thereof. This Resolution shall become effective at such time
as the "Yield" signs are erected.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the 3rd day of May, 1972 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
NOES: None
