RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING '~IELD" INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The intersection of Bellwood Drive and
Titus Avenue in the City of Saratoga is
hereby designated as a "yield" intersection.
All vehicles traveling on Bellwood Drive shall yield to traffic
on Titus Avenue before entering or crossing the intersection
thereof. This Resolution shall become effective at such time as
the "Yield" signs are erected.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the 7th day of June, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges and Diridon
NOES: None
ABSENT: ~,ouncilman Kraus
