RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following intersection of highways in the
City of Saratoga is hereby designated as a Stop Intersection:
SCOTLAND DRIVE and GLEN BRAE DRIVE
All vehicles traveling on Scotland Drive, both northwest and south-
east bound shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection thereof
with Glen Brae Drive. This resolution shall become effective at such
time as the stop signs are erected.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on
the 21st day of June, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, BridBes, Diridon and Kraus
