RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA PROHIBITING
PARKING OR STOPPING AT ANY TIME ALONG THE NORTH-
WESTERLY SIDE OF SARATOGA AVENUE FROM A POINT
351 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY OF SCOTLAND DRIVE TO A
POINT 786FEET SOUTHWESTERLY OF SCOTLAND DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga. hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION I: PARKING REGULATIONS
SECTION I.I: NO PARKING
Based upon an engineering traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets and/or highways in the City of
Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas, and to
facilitate the proper movement of traffic, the parking of motor
vehicles is prohibited hereinafter described.
Name of Street
Saratoga. Avenue Along the northwesterly side from
a point 351 feet southwesterly of
Scotland Drive to a point 786 feet
southwesterly of Scotland Drive.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 16th day of August 1972, by the following vote:
