RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following intersections in the City of Saratoga are
hereby designated as stop intersections:
RITANNA COURT and VIA RONCOLE
All vehicles traveling on Via Roncole, both eastbound and southbound,
shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection thereof with
Ritanna Court;
All vehicles traveling westbound on Ritanna Court shall stop before
entering or crossing the intersection thereof with Via Roncole.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the stop
signs are erected.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the
6th day of September, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
NOES: None
