RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA PROHIBITING
PARKING OR STOPPING AT ANY TIME ALONG CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF PARK PLACE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga. hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION I: PARKING REGULATIONS
SECTION I.I: NO PARKING
Based upon an engineering traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets and/or
highways in the City of Saratoga are hereby declared to be con-
gested areas, and to facilitate the proper movement of traffic,
the parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on the portions of
the streets and highways hereinafter described:
Name of Street
Park Place Along the curve at the southwesterly
corner of Saratoga Avenue and Park
Place from the northeasterly edge of
the driveway entrance to 1 Park Place
to a point, along said curve, 190 ±
feet northerly.
Park Place From 5' north of the north line of
Lot 2 of Saratoga Park lots to a point
64' northerly along the curve.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 15th day of November, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
