RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING
STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby re-
solves as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following intersection of highways in the City
of Saratoga is hereby designated as a stop intersection.
DE SANKA AVE. AND SEA GULL WAY
All vehicles traveling on De Sanka Avenue shall stop be-
fore entering th~ intersection thereof with Sea Gull Way.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as
the stop signs a, re erected.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 20th day of December 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, ~idges, Diridon and Kraus
NOES: None
ABSENT: None /~~~ _~
