RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THOSE PARTS OF QUITO RD.
IN THE CITY OF SARATOGA BETWEEN SARATOGA AVE.
AND STATE ROUTE 9 (SARATOGA-LOS GATOS RD.) AS
A THROUGH HIGHWAY
The City Council of the City of Sara. toga. hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION I: That those portions of Quito Road within
the City Limits of Saratoga between Saratogal
AVenue and State Route 9 (Saratoga-Los Gatos Rd.) be de-
signated as through highways and stop signs shall be erected
a.t all entrances thereto, requiring all vehicles to stop
before entering or crossing, said through highways.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 3.rd day of January, 1973, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
