RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF MILLER AVENUE
The City ~ouncil of the City of Saratoga hereby re-
solves as follows:
Section 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following designated portion of street
in the City of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a con-
gested area, and the following limit for parking of
motor vehicles is hereby established for said portion of
said street.

Miller Avenue The westerly side of Miller NO PARKING AT
Avenue between Eric Drive ANY TIME
and Ascension Drive
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga. at a regular meeting
held on the 17th day of January, 1973, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges,~nd Kraus (Diridon abstained)
NOES: None
