RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AUTOMATIC TRAFFIC
SIGNAL DEVICES AT INTERSECTION OF QUITO
ROAD AND ALLENDALE AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: Official automatic traffic signals shall be
installed at the intersection of Quito Road
and Allendale Avenue to control traffic by standard form
green "Go", yellow "Caution", and red "Stop" lights, to-
gether with left-turn lanes and signals, which shall be
regulated by the Director of Public Works to ope~.te in
conjunction with the normal traffic for said intersection.
Section 2]r~ The aforesaid official traffic signal devices
having already been installed at said inter-
section, this resolution i~ha. ll become effective immediately
upon its passage end adoption.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Sara. toga at a regular meeting
held on the .i. Ttzh day of February 1973, by the following vote:
AYES:~ Councilmen Kraus, Dwyer, Bridges and Diridon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Smith
