RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING "YIELD" INTERSECTION
AND DESIGNATING PORTIONS OF KILBRIDE DR., GLASGOW DR., AND LA
PALOMA AVE. TO BE SEPARATED BY A DOUBLE-YELLOW LINE.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the inter-
section of Kilbride Drive and Glasgow Drive in the City
of Saratoga is hereby designated as a "Yield" intersection.
All vehicles traveling on Kilbride Drive shall yield to traffic on Glas-
gow Drive before entering or crossing the intersection thereof. This
section shall become effective at such time as the "Yield" signs are
erected.
SECTION 2: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the follow-
ing designated portions of streets in the City of Sara-
toga shall be designated by double-yellow centerline striping to in-
dicate no driving to the left thereof:
Name of Street
Kilbrtde Drive from + 50' northwesterly of Miljevich Dr.
to _+ 50' southeasterly of Glasgow Drive.
Glasgow Drive from + northeasterly of Kilbride Drive to
· _+ 50':'Southwesterly of Kilbride Drive.
La Paloma Avenue from + 50' southeasterly of Lutheria. Way
to _+ 50' northwesterly of Lutheria Way.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
striping is put down.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 7th day of March, 1973, by the following vote:
