RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA PROHI-
BITING PARKING OR STOPPING AT ANY TIME ALONG
THE NORTMERLY SIDE OF SARATOGA AVENUE FROM
THE EASTERLY CROSSWALK LINE AT SARATOGA-
SUNNYVALE ROAD TO A POINT + 250 FEET EASTERLY.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
a,s follows:
SECTION 1: PARKING REGULATIONS
SECTION 1.1: NO PARKING
Based upon an engineering traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets and/or highways in the City
of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas, and to
facilitate the proper movement of traffic, the parking of motor
vehicles is prohibited on the portions of streets and/or highways
hereinafter described:
Name of Street
Saratoga Av~ ue Along the northerly side from the
easterly crosswalk line at Saratoga-
Sunnyvale Road to a point 220 feet
easterly.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Ceuncil of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 21st da~ of March, 1973, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Diridon, Bridges and Smith
