RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING "YIELD" INTERSECTION
AND DESIGNATING PORTIONS'OF WESTVIEW DR.,
RADOYKA DR., AND KOSICH DR. BE SEPARATED BY
A DOUBLE-YELLOW LINE.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the
intersection of Westview Dr. and Radoyka Dr. in
the City of Saratoga is hereby designated as a "Yield" inter-
section.
All vehicles traveling on Radoyka Drive shall yield to traffic
on Westview Drive before entering or crossing the intersection there-
of. This section shall become effective at such time as the "Yield"
signs are erected.
SECTION 2: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the
followiBg designated portions of streets in the
City of Saratoga shall be designated by double-yellow center-
line striping to indicate no driving to the left thereof:
Name of Street
Kosich Drive from 50+ feet northwesterly of Radoyka Dr.
to 50± feet southeasterly of Radoyka Dr.
Radoyka Drive from 50+ feet northeasterly of Westview Dr.
to 50~ feet southwesterly of Westview Dr.
from 50+ feet northeasterly of Kosich Dr.
to 50~ feet southwesterly of Kosich Dr.
Westview Drive from 50+ feet southeasterly of Radoyka Dr.
to 50+_ feet northwesterly of Radoyka Dr.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
striping is put down.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 2rid day of May, 1973 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
