RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PASSING
ZONE ON CANYON VIEW DRIVE BETWEEN
FOURTH STREET AND 380 + FEET WEST-
ERLY OF GLENMONT DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby re-
solves as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon en engineering and traffic study,
that portion of Canyon View Drive between
Fourth Street and 380 ~ feet westerly of Glenmont Drive
has been determined to be unsafe for passing and shall
hereby be designated as a no passing zone. This Reso-
lution shall become effective a.t such time as the pro-
per striping is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1973, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges and Diridon
NOES: Councilman Kraus~
