RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA PROHIBITING
PARKING OR STOPPING AT ANY TIME ALONG THE EAST-
ERLY SIDE OF SCULLY AVENUE FROM THE EXTENDED
SOUTHER]LY CURB LINE OF PROSPECT ROAD TO A POINT
218 + FEET SOUTHERLY
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION I: PARKING REGULATIONS
SECTION I.I: NO PARKING
Based upon an engineering traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets and/or
highways in the City of Saratoga, are hereby declared to be con-
geared areas, and to facilitate the proper movement of traffic,
the parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on the portions of
the streets and highways hereinafter described:
Name of Street
Scully Avenue Along the easterly side from the
extended southerly curb line of
Prospect Road to a. point 218 ±
feet southerly.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 6th day of June, 1973, by the following vote:
AYES' councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
