RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS
AT WARDELL ROAD AND ARROYO DE ARGUELLO.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
~he following intersections in the City of
Saratoga are hereby designated as stop intersections:
WARDELL ROAD AND ARROYO DE ARGUELLO
All vehicles traveling on Wardell Road, both east-
bound and westbound, shall stop before entering or cros-
sing the intersection thereof with Arroyo De Arguello.
All vehicles traveling northbound and southbound on
Arroyo De Arguello shall stop before entering or crossing
the intersection thereof with Wardell Road.
This section shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs are installed.
SECTION II: Based on an engineering and traffic study,
the following designated portions of streets
in the City of Saratoga shall be designated by double-
yellow centerline striping to indicate no driving to the
left thereof:
Name of Street
Wardell Road from 50' + easterly of Arroyo
De Arguello to 50' + westerly
of Arroyo De Arguello.
Arroyo De Arguello from 100' ± northerly of War-
dell Road to 50' ± southerly
of Wardell Road.
This section shall become effective at such time
as the proper striping is put down.

The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Sara. toga held on the 18th day of July, 1973,
by the following vote~
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Dwyer and Diridon
NOES: Councilman Bridges
ABSENT: Councilman Smith
