RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LOADING ZONE AND
PROHiBITiNG STOPPING DN PORTIONS OF HERRIMAN AVE.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
SECTION I: Based on an engineering and traffic study,
the following described portion of the here-
inafter mentioned public highway in the City of Saratoga.
is hereby declared to be a congested area. designated as
a loading zone. No person shall stop, stand or park any
motor vehicle in said loading zone except for the purpose
of loading or unloading passengers or freight, and in no
event for more than five minutes, holidays excepted:

toga/Sunnyvale Rd,) to a point
188' + easterly of State Route
85 (Saratoga/Sunnyvale Rd,)
This section shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs are installed,
SECTION II: Based upon an engineering traffic study,
the following designated portions of streets
and/or highways in the City of Saratoga. are hereby de-
cis.red to be congested areas, and to facilitate. the pro-
per movement of traffic, the stoppiBg of motor vehicles
is prohibited on the portions of the streets and high-
ways hereinafter described during the hereina.fter time
periods described:

This section shall become ~ffective at such time as the
proper signs are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at
a reg~'taremeeting held on the 1st day of August, 1973,
by the following vote:
