RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS
AT FOURTH STREET AND SPRINGER AVE.
AND AT FOURTH STREET AND PAUL AVE.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following intersections in the City of
Saratoga are hereby designated as stop intersections:

FOURTH STREET AND SPRINGER AVE.
All vehicles traveling on Springer Ave., both north-
eastbound and south-westbound, shall stop before entering
or crossing the intersection thereof with Fourth Street.
SECTION II: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following intersections in the City of
Saratoga are hereby designated as stop intersections:
FOURTH STREET AND PAUL AVE.
All vehicles travelling southbound on Paul Ave.
shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection
thereof with Fourth Street.
SECTION III: Based on an engineering and traffic study,
the following designated portions of streets
in the City of Saratoga shall be designated by double-
yellow centerline striping to indicate no driving to the
left thereof:
Name of Street
Fourth Street from 50' + southeast of Springer
Ave. to 50' ~ northwest of Spring-
er Ave.
Springer Ave. from 50' + north-easterly of Fourth St.
to 50' ~ south-westerly of Fourth St.
Paul Ave. from Fourth Street to 50' +
northerly of Fourth Street
This section shall become effective at such time
as the proper striping is put down.

The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Saratoga held on the 18th day of July, 1973,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Dwyer, Diridon and Bridges
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Smith
