PROSPECT AVF. NUE
City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study that pore!on
of the southerly half of Prospect Avenue between 400 and
600 feet ~est of the intersection of the center line of Prospect Avenue
with the northeasterly city limit line of the City of Saratoga has
been determined to be unsafe for left turns across ~he center line o£
Prospet= Avenue by east°bound vehicles and such turns are hereby
prohibited,
SECTION._.___~2, Ins~allati~n of a sign prohibiting left turns is hereby
authorized on the south side of Prospect Avenue at a
point approximately ~5 feet vest of the above~described city limit
line of the City o~ Saratoga,
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 2nd
day of February ~ 1966s by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Tyler, Hartman, Drake
NOES: None MA~
ABSENT: Councilman Burry ~
