RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTION
AT MILLER AVENUE AND NORTHAMPTON DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following intersectionS' in the City of Saratoga.
are hereby designated as stop intersections:
MILLER AVENUE AND NORTHAMPTQN DRIVE,
All vehicles traveling on Northampton Drive, both eastbound
and westbound, shall stop before entering or crossing the inter-
section thereof with Miller Avenue.
All vehicles traveling northbound and southbound on Miller
Avenue shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection
thereof with Northampton Drive.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs are installed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the 15th day of August, 1973, by the following voter
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Dwyer, Diridon and Smith
NOES: Councilman Bridges
