RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS
AT TITUS AVENUE AND BROOKVIEW DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following
intersections in the City of Saratoga are hereby designated
as stop intersections:
TITUS AVENUE AND BROOKVIEW DRIVE
All vehicles traveling on Brookview Drive, both eastbound and
westbound, shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection
thereof with Titus Avenue.
All vehicles traveling northbound and southbound on Titus Avenue
shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection thereof with
Brookview Drive.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs are
installed.
SECTION II: Based on on engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets in the City of Saratoga.
shall be designated by double yellow centerline striping to indicate
no driving to the left thereof:
Nam'e of Street
Brookview Drive from 100' + easterly of Titus Avenue to
100' ~ westerly of Titus Avenue.
Titus Avenue from 100' ± northerly of Brookview Drive
to 100' ± southerly of Brookview Drive.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper striping
is put down.
SECTION III: The hereinabove set forth designation of stop intersections
and the within resolution, shall remain in force and effect
for a period of six (6imonths from date of enactment hereof, and not
thereafter unless and until additionally extended by further resolution
of this Council.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga. at a regular meeting held on
the 6th day of March , 1974 ........ by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
