RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON ASCENSION DRIVE
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets and/or
highways in the City of Saratoga. are hereby declared to be
congested areas, and to facilitate the proper movement of traffic,
the parking of!motor vehicles is prohibited on the portions of
the streets and highways hereinafter described during the herein-
after time periods described:

Ascension Drive On the south side of Ascension NO PARKING
fromTerrace Ave. to Miller 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Ave. SUNDAY;
7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
SATURDAY;
5:00 p.m.-6:OO p.m.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs SUNDAY.
are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 3rd day of July, 1974, by the following vote:
AYES: councilmen Smith, Diridon, Kraus and Brigham
NOES: Councilman Bridges
ABSENT: None ~~
