RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF FOURTH STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portion of street in the City
of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested area, and the
following limit for parking of motor vehicles is hereby esta-
blished fo(:Si{d portion o£ said street.

Fourth Street The southwesterly and north- NO PARKING AT
easterly sides of Fourth St. ANY TIME
between Big Basin Way and 190'~
feet northwesterly of the cen-
terline of Big Basin Way.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs are installed.
SECTION 2: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets in the City of Saratoga
shall be designated by ~b!e~yellow centerline striping to indicate
no driving to the left ~hereof:
Name of Street Description
Fourth Street From Big Basin Way to 100'2
northwesterly
This section shall becom~ effective at such time as the proper
striping is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
7th day of August, 1974, by the following vote:
