RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON ASCENSION DRIVE
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets and/or highways in the
City of ~aratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas, and to
facilitate the proper movement of traffic, the parking of motor
vehicles is prohibited on the portions of the streets and highways
hereinafter described during the hereinafter time periods described:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION TIME PERIOD
Ascension Drive On the north side of Ascension NO PARKING ANY-
Drive from Terrance Ave. to TIME
Miller Ave.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs
are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
..~th day of November, 1974, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Diridon, Kraus, Brigham and Smith
NOES: Councilman Bridges
ABSENT: None
