RESOLUTION PROHIBITING U-TURNS AT VARIOUS
SIGNALIZED INTERSECTIONS IN THE CITY OF SARATOGA
The City Council of the~Cit~ of Saratoga. hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of Allendale Avenue in the City of
Saratoga shall prohibit the U-turn movement of vehicles:
DIRECTION OF
LOCATION TRAFFIC AFFECTED
Fruitvale Avenue Westerly bound
Fruitvale Avenue Easterly bound
Quito Road Easterly bound
SECTION II: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of Quito Road in the City of Saratoga
shall prohibit the U-turn movement of vehicles:
DIRECTION OF
L~CATION TRAFFIC AFFECTED
Allendale Avenue Northerly bound
Allendale Avenue Southerly bound
SECTION III: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of Fruitvale Avenue in the City of
Saratoga shall prohibit the U-turn movement of vehicles:
DIRECTION OF
LOCATION TRAFFIC AFFECTED
Saratoga. Avenue Northerly bound
SECTION IV: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of 'Saratoga Avenue in the City of
Saratoga shall prohibit the U-turn movement of vehicles:
DIRECTION OF
LOCATION TRAFFIC AFFECTED
Fruitvale Avenue Northeasterly bound
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs are erected.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
18th day of December, 1974 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham, Kraus and Diridon
NOES: None
